At GigiToyShop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to make the process as easy as possible.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for most products within 30 days from the date you receive your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • Condition of Product: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging and labels intact.
  • Exclusions: Certain items, including personalized products, clearance items, or digital products, may not be eligible for return.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact our customer service team at info@gigitoyshop.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include your order number and reason for return in your email.
  • Step 2: Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with return instructions and an RA number.
  • Step 3: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, or free gifts received with your order.
  • Step 4: Ship the item(s) back to us. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy conditions. If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

  • Refund Timeline: Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to be processed after we receive your return. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
  • Partial Refunds: If the returned product shows signs of use or damage, we may issue a partial refund or charge a restocking fee.

4. Exchanges

If you prefer to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. We recommend contacting our customer service team to confirm product availability before placing a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@gigitoyshop.com. We may request photos of the damaged item to assess the issue and provide a suitable solution. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Refund or Replacement: We will offer you either a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost to you, depending on your preference.

6. Refund Exceptions

In some cases, we may be unable to process a refund or return, including:

  • Used or Worn Items: Products that have been used or worn, unless defective.
  • Custom Orders: Personalized or custom-made items that cannot be resold.
  • Items Past the Return Period: Returns received after the 30-day return window.

7. International Returns

If you are located outside of the United States, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
